Your statutory rights
Under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for consumers buying at a distance, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have a 14-day right to cancel a service or subscription contract from the day you place the order. If you ask us to start work — or start using a paid app subscription — within that period, you agree we can begin, and you'll be charged for the work or subscription time already delivered up to the point of cancellation.
App subscriptions — Starter £19/mo & Growth £69/mo
Starter includes a 7-day trial for £1. You can cancel any time from your account before the trial ends and you won't be charged the monthly fee; the £1 trial charge is non-refundable. Paid monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time and access continues to the end of the paid period. We don't pro-rata part-months. Annual plans can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you've made only limited use of the service; after that they run to the end of the annual term. Payments and refunds for app subscriptions are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.
Visibility Snapshot (£79 +VAT)
Full refund if you cancel before we start the scan. Because the Snapshot is delivered within 48 hours of purchase, once the scan has run the work is complete and non-refundable. If the report fails to deliver or contains a factual error on our side, we'll re-run it or refund in full.
AI Visibility Audit (£325 +VAT)
Full refund if you cancel before analysis begins. Once we've started the audit, we'll invoice for time delivered to date and refund the balance. If we deliver the audit and you believe it falls materially short of the scope in your order confirmation, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll fix it or refund the affected portion.
Fix & Optimise projects (from £1,450 +VAT)
Billed 50% on start, 50% on delivery. Cancel before kick-off for a full refund of the deposit. After kick-off, the deposit covers scoping and initial work and is non-refundable; any unused portion of the final 50% is refunded on cancellation. Deliverables are yours to keep once paid in full.
Retainers (from £395/mo +VAT)
Billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice to hello@aiscoverable.com — we'll finish the current billing cycle and stop future invoices. We don't pro-rata part-months. If we've failed to deliver the agreed monthly scope, tell us and we'll credit the next invoice or refund the shortfall.
What isn't refundable
Third-party costs we've already paid on your behalf (tools, subscriptions, paid placements), and work already delivered and accepted. AI answer engines change constantly, so we can't refund based on ranking or citation outcomes from third-party models — see our terms.
How to request a refund
Email hello@aiscoverable.com with your order reference and a short note on what's wrong. We aim to reply within 2 working days and process approved refunds within 14 days, to the original payment method.
Complaints
If you're not happy with how we've handled a refund, reply to our email so we can escalate internally. UK consumers can also raise a dispute with their card issuer or, for eligible disputes, use the government's alternative dispute resolution routes.
