Using this website
You may browse, share and link to the site freely. Don't scrape at volume, attempt to break it, or reuse our copy and design without written permission.
Our services
Audits, fixes and retainers are delivered per the proposal or statement of work you sign. Where those documents conflict with this page, the signed document wins.
Fees and payment
All prices on the site are shown in GBP and exclude UK VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) on invoices to UK customers. Snapshots and audits are paid up front; fix projects are 50% on start and 50% on delivery; retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days.
What we can and can't promise
AI answer engines change constantly and no agency can guarantee specific citations, rankings or traffic. We commit to the deliverables in your statement of work — not to a particular outcome from third-party models.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of everything you send us. You grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of delivering the work. We handle personal data as described in our privacy page.
Our work
Deliverables (reports, schema, content, code) become yours to use for your business once paid in full. We keep the right to reuse underlying methods, templates and know-how on other engagements.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything the law says can't be limited. Otherwise, our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid to us for that engagement in the preceding 12 months.
Cancellation
Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Snapshots, audits and fix projects can be cancelled before work starts for a full refund; once work is underway, we invoice for time delivered to date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
